This class aims to provide massage therapists or body workers some relief and reprieve from all the work that you do - touching bodies, kneading muscles, and even listening to other people's stories! A huge part of this class is leg and feet relief, wrist movements, shoulder strength, and breath awareness.

Hairstyling is a physically taxing occupation. Hairstylists are always are on their feet with their shoulders, elbows, wrists, and fingers oriented in repetitive motions and movement patterns. This class aims to help build strength in areas that need to be strong, and decrease the rigidity and encourage restoration in overtaxed areas of the body.
