​​Holiday Serenity: Somatics, Yoga & Sound Bath

On this special holiday event, we will spend the first half of class in gentle Somatic movement and Yoga focused on self-study, choice, and ease in your own body. We will then close with a holiday-themed sound bath to support deep rest and relaxation.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated back to Sardis Presbyterian Church and Project 658.
