YOGA TUNE UP BALLS - UPPER BACK

In this therapy balls sequence, we aim to release tension in the upper back. Balls will be placed under the trapezius and the rhomboid muscles alongside the spine. Use the breath to feel the release and leave class feeling more liberated and open in the upper back.

YOGA TUNE UP BALLS - HIPS AND BUTTOCKS

In this therapy balls sequence, we aim to unlock tightness in the hips and to "fluff out" the buttocks. Balls will be placed under the piriformis, the gluteus medius, the trochanter, and the tensor fascia latae. Use the breath to feel the release and leave class feeling more open in the hips and softer in your glutes.

YOGA TUNE UP BALLS - NEED TO KNEAD THE KNEES

In this therapy balls sequence, we aim to promote knee health as prehab. Balls will be placed on the vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, the IT band, the suprapatellar pouch, and the hamstring tendon. This class will help increase range of motion in the knees and release tightness and stiffness in the surrounding supporting structures of the knee.
